BuiltRite Storage Solutions offers expert installation services. We focus on efficiency and quality, ensuring that your project is completed on time and within budget.

At Builtrite, we use a process called aerial onsite roll-forming when installing our standing seam metal roof system. Instead of using manufactured panels, we bring metal coils directly to the job site. These coils are loaded onto our roll former, lifted to roof height, and then formed into the standing seam panels as they are rolled straight onto the roof. In contrast to our system, manufactured panels can be handled up to 7 times before they make it onto your roof. Our process eliminates these extra touch points that can cause unnecessary damage

Once the panels are formed and placed, they are installed using floating roof clips that allow for expansion and contraction due to temperature change. This process prevents unsightly oil-canning and extends the roof’s lifespan. Finally, we mechanically seam the panels together to create a completely watertight seal.

The key benefit of this method is that we can create panels of virtually any length, eliminating the need for end laps or ridge caps. This not only gives your roof a cleaner, more streamlined appearance but also addresses the two most common areas where leaks occur.
