At Builtrite, we install standing seam metal roof systems using our aerial onsite roll-forming process. Instead of relying on pre-manufactured panels that are handled multiple times before reaching your roof, we bring metal coils directly to the job site and form the panels at roof height. This eliminates excess handling that can cause damage and ensures faster, more efficient installation.
Once formed, panels are secured with floating roof clips that allow natural expansion and contraction, preventing oil-canning and extending the roof’s lifespan. We then mechanically seam the panels to create a watertight seal that delivers long-term protection.
Our process allows us to create panels of virtually any length, eliminating end laps and ridge caps—the two most common sources of leaks. The result is a stronger, longer-lasting roof with a clean, streamlined appearance.
